The property
Historic listed farmhouse with exceptional potential
Situated just 4 km from the Mediterranean Sea and 2.5 km from Empuriabrava — Europe's largest residential marina — this extraordinary estate presents a singular opportunity to acquire one of the most significant properties on the Costa Brava.
The property comprises a listed Catalan farmhouse from the sixteenth century, made up of four adjoining bodies that preserve the character and authenticity of the traditional architecture of the Empordà. It currently offers 826 m² of built space — with the possibility of extension to 1,025 m² under current planning regulations — set within a total estate of 15.2 hectares.
The Catalan Farmhouse Catalogue permits the development of up to three exclusive residences under the Horizontal Property Act, as well as the establishment of a hotel, rural tourism project, gastronomic estate or prestigious private residence.
Situated alongside the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà Natural Park, the estate guarantees that no construction will take place in its immediate surroundings in the future, permanently preserving its landscape value and exceptional privacy.
A listed farmhouse dating from the sixteenth century, with four original architectural bodies, pointed-arch arcade galleries and a trefoil-arch stone window. Empordà architecture in its purest form.

Heritage
Four centuries of living history
Mas Feliu, historically known as Cortal Raset and later Torre Raseta, appears in the geographical maps of the property of Josep Feliu i Guinart, inherited in 1823 by his widow Tecla Llavanera. Its first land registry entry dates from 1865, when the estate encompassed approximately 53 hectares.
The surrounding area was the scene of the Battle of Foc de Castelló (3 Nov. 1874) during the Third Carlist War, when General Francesc Savalls defeated Brigadier Moya. An episode that forms part of the historical imagination of the region and which has been commemorated annually in Castelló d'Empúries since 2006.
