Terms of use

I-VEO SYNERGY SC is a real estate agency providing valuation, sales, rental and advisory services. These terms govern the use of the website by anyone (owners, buyers, tenants and visitors). Brokerage services you engage are also governed by the mandate or contract signed in each case.

You agree to use the site lawfully, respectfully and responsibly. In particular, it is forbidden to extract content automatically or in bulk (scraping), including with artificial-intelligence tools; to try to access restricted areas or data; to introduce malicious code or overload the site; to submit forms on behalf of others or with false data; and to impersonate I-VEO or its advisors.

Listings are prepared with information provided by owners, developers or third parties. We take great care over their accuracy, but descriptions, areas, images, plans and prices are for guidance only, do not constitute a contractual offer, and availability may change without notice.

Prices exclude taxes and purchase costs (notary, land registry and applicable taxes) unless stated otherwise. Furniture, decoration and vehicles shown in images are not included unless expressly stated. Energy ratings are shown in accordance with Royal Decree 390/2021; “In process” means the certificate is being issued.

The valuations we provide are non-binding estimates based on available data and market analysis. They are not an official appraisal (Order ECO/805/2003) nor legal or financial advice.

Some properties are marketed confidentially. Access to their dossiers is granted after each request is assessed, is personal and non-transferable, and may be revoked at any time. The information received is confidential: it may not be disclosed, copied or used for any purpose other than assessing the transaction. Where a confidentiality agreement is signed, its terms prevail.

Some videos have been generated or animated with artificial intelligence from real photographs, and some projects include indicative renderings of their future state. They are labelled as such, in accordance with article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. They do not replace a viewing or the property's technical and legal documentation.

When you submit information about your property or request our services, you confirm that the data provided are true and accurate and that you are entitled to provide them. You are responsible for the consequences of providing incorrect or misleading data.

All content on this site (texts, images, logos, videos, design and tools) belongs to I-VEO SYNERGY SC or its owners (property owners, developers and architecture studios who have authorised its use) and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. It may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without prior written permission.

Virtual tours, videos and other third-party content load only when you activate them and are governed by their providers' terms. I-VEO is not responsible for their content or availability.

I-VEO will never ask you by email, WhatsApp or social media to change the bank account for a payment or deposit. If you receive such a message, even if it seems to come from one of our advisors, do not make any transfer and confirm it first by calling +34 972 97 85 51.

We work to keep the site running without interruption but cannot guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, I-VEO is not liable for damage arising from the use of or inability to use the site, without prejudice to the rights that consumer law grants users.

We may update these terms. Changes will be published on this page with the date of update; continued use of the site after publication implies acceptance.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Girona, unless applicable law provides for another jurisdiction, such as the consumer's domicile.
