Do you enjoy meeting property owners, understanding their plans and building a relationship of trust? I-VEO is looking for a real estate agent to grow its portfolio in Empuriabrava, Roses, Peralada and the surrounding towns.

Your role
The field, at the heart of your work.
Your priority: identify new opportunities and secure sale mandates under good marketing conditions.
- Prospect property owners and build your network in the area.
- Meet sellers and understand their motivations, expectations and timeline.
- Contribute to valuations with the team's support and present a well-argued price.
- Explain I-VEO's marketing strategy and guide the owner through to signing the mandate.
- Maintain the relationship with sellers and coordinate the follow-up of their properties with the team.

Your profile
A flair for people. Rigour in follow-up.
We prefer someone already working in real estate, comfortable with prospecting and with building relationships with owners.
Solid sales experience in another sector may also catch our attention.
Three languages required
Professional fluency to communicate with your contacts.
- You show initiative, good listening skills and perseverance.
- You organise your follow-ups, keep in regular contact and share useful information with the team.
- You are available to work in the field. Good knowledge of the area and local connections are a plus.
- You are comfortable with digital tools and keen to evolve your working methods.
