Why do we process your data?

To handle your enquiries and requests about properties and services made through the forms, by email or by phone.

To value your property and, if you ask us to, prepare a marketing proposal, including confidential (off-market) sales.

To manage your request for access to private dossiers (I-VEO Select and off-market) based on the profile details you provide (buyer profile, budget, timing and financing) and, if approved, send you personal access.

To manage the business relationship and any property transaction that is completed.

To assess your application if you send us your CV, for this and future recruitment processes.

To send you commercial communications and newsletters about properties, news and events, only if you have expressly agreed.

To comply with the legal obligations of real estate activity, such as anti-money-laundering rules.

What is the legal basis?

Pre-contractual measures and performance of a contract at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR), to handle your requests and manage the transaction.

Your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), for commercial communications and job applications. You may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Compliance with legal obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR), where the law requires us to process or keep certain data.

How long do we keep it?

For as long as the relationship lasts or as needed to handle your request and then, blocked, for the statutory limitation periods (generally six years for commercial records and ten years for anti-money-laundering records). CVs, for up to 12 months. Data for commercial communications, until you withdraw your consent. When no longer needed, data are securely deleted or anonymised.

Who do we share it with?

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required or needed for the transaction you request (for example, with the owner, notary or financial institutions involved), always with your knowledge.

We rely on providers that process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements (art. 28 GDPR) and confidentiality duties: the Casafari real-estate CRM, web hosting on OVHcloud servers in the European Union and Google Workspace email.

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Which data are mandatory?

Fields marked as required in the forms are necessary to handle your request; if you do not provide them, we cannot do so. Other data are optional. You guarantee that the data you provide are true and undertake to inform us of any change.
