This site does not use advertising cookies. It only uses analytics cookies if you accept them in the cookie banner.

Technical cookie “iveo_select”: used when an advisor gives you private access to a dossier: it keeps that access so you do not have to enter it again, and expires with it. It is strictly necessary for the service you request and therefore exempt from consent (art. 22.2 LSSI-CE). Your cookie choice is kept in your browser's local storage (“iveo-consent”, 12 months).

Google Analytics 4, by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), tells us in aggregate how the site is used (pages viewed, where visits come from, forms sent) so we can improve it. Cookies: “_ga” and “_ga_<ID>”, which distinguish visits, lasting 2 years. We do not use advertising features or Google Signals. Google may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).

If you reject these cookies, Google Analytics is not loaded and the site works exactly the same.

Videos (YouTube, privacy-enhanced mode) and virtual tours (Matterport or other providers) are not loaded until you click on them. When you do, the provider may set its own cookies under its own policy. Maps are static images generated on our server and do not connect to third parties.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; when you withdraw it we delete the analytics cookies. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the technical cookie, private dossier access will not work.
